Accessory Dwelling Unit in West LA

ADU is what most folks have been calling a mother-in-law unit or a granny flat or a guest house. It can now be a rental income unit that home owners can legally (finally!) have on their own residential lot. The scope for this project is renovation of the existing main home and converting their garage into an ADU for one of the mothers of the couple. The project is in early concept design and feasibility stage.
